Lorna Dobberstein’s name filtered to the top
of the list! Lorna and I have seen each other and
spoken at contests and conferences over the
years, but never really connected. Because she is
a Toastmaster and because we nominally knew
each other, I contacted her. We met, mapped
out a strategy, and the June campaign was born.

Lorna arranged studio time for us as KPAM,
and within three weeks of the original call from
Leanna, District 7 Toastmasters hit the airwaves
on KPAM, Sunny 1550, KXL, and Freedom 970.
Working with Lorna has been a fun experience.
She answered my multiple questions, helped James Wantz
create the ad copy, and kept the entire project
