New Year Resolutions

Have you made your 2023 New Year’s every Monday, Wednesday, and
Resolutions yet? If so, are you still following Friday pushing weights in
them? I must admit. I’ve never in my 51 years the gym. I’m consistently
known what to think about making New Year’s working out on Monday
