book is for work, not show. The VP of
Membership should use the contact
information to follow up and invite
every guest to come back. Draft a form letter to customize as needed for each guest
based on their interests or questions they asked. Keep all guests on your long-term
mailing list and send them ongoing club news. Make it clear you want to see each one of
them again. After all, you’ve made a great first impression, so you can invite them back
with confidence. Erik Bergman joined Toastmasters in 2007. He is a member of WE Toasted where he

serves as VP Membership. Next year he will serve District 7 as the Club Growth Director. Erik is a frequent
