lla Dethman —Division D Member of the Month
Joella is an exemplary Toastmaster who makes a point of
really explaining the functions and agenda of our meetings
to guests and new members in a way that is educational and
not condescending. She is supportive of all members and
gives great feedback and encouragement. Joella is funny and
kind. She serves two officer roles for our club. She takes ac-
tion to get guests to attend and provides gentle persuasion
for them to become a club member. Joella is changing per-
sonal plans to accommodate officer training so that our club gets the credit towards our dis-
tinguished club checklist. I feel that she has really stepped up in these areas just recently
and is a terrific role model. Thank you.
