Spring into Action
with Table Topics
Lee Coyne, ATMS
Hear those birdies tweet. Lo. . . the daffodils
peek from that soil below. Spring has sprung
into action!
Springtime means a new beginning.
Innovation and creativity is in the wind.
What new ideas might bud and blossom? An
ideal collection of garden variety topics for this
season’s Table Topics menu.
• New food recipes. Yes, something to chew
over.
• New movies you liked. Cinema suggestions?
• New friends you’ve lately acquired. What
elements bore you fruit?
• New car you’ve wanted. A chance to
fantasize.
• Tell us what attracts you.
• New policies for DC crowd. If you were an
advisor to the President, what innovations
would you recommend?
• New homes for homeless people. Where
would you go to make it happen?
You can certainly build on this list of speech
seedlings. Then let us march forward!
Lee Coyne created a myriad of theme meetings as
president of several Toastmasters clubs over the years.
He is currently writing a book for children on cleaning
up the oceans.
