We are committed to our own personal
growth, the growth of the club and to
Toastmasters. We enjoy seeing each other
and meeting new people each week. We
always have fun and laugh.
Now, time to head onto the other
adventures awaiting in the weekend ahead.

Election of Club Officers—Vote the First Meeting in May
NOMINATION
At least two weeks before elections, appoint a nominating committee. Any current active
member of the club is eligible to run for office and
members may run for more than one office. Offices to
be filled are president, vice president education, vice
president membership, vice president public relations,
secretary, treasurer (or secretary/ treasurer), and
sergeant at arms.
All positions should be filled if possible. However, a
club must have a minimum of three officers: the
president, a vice president, and the secretary or
secretary/treasurer. Each of these offices must be held by three different people.
The nominating committee may consider active members who have announced their
desire to serve in office. It may also seek out qualified candidates. A member may only
be placed on the nominating committee’s report if he or she has consented to the
