Sandra Stein, Member 1 ½ Years. . .
Comes for self-improvement and loves to watch others blossom
Appreciates strong mentoring from experienced members
Loves that we have frequent visitors at our meetings
Our club’s commitment to support each member’s growth was perhaps most evident when our fellow
member Thomas Lunsford competed in last year’s Humorous
Speech contest. We rallied behind him as he ascended from
the club onto the area then division and finally he won the
district competition with his hilarious speech titled, NO

this memorable contest, as his personal confidence unfolds
and his role as a club leader becomes more solidified.
Thomas Lunsford, Treasurer. . .
Comes to become a better overall communicator
Appreciates the members who help each other grow and become better people
Loves the members

hands on practice necessary to master our PowerPoint presentation skills. Furthermore, we have
ample opportunities to assemble the tables and chairs into various configurations to accommodate
the needs of our members and give them a venue space that is similar to wherever they may be
presenting. Our club is proud to open our doors to host our respective Area contests and we use the
patio on the backside of our clubhouse for our club’s end of the Toastmaster year potluck party in
June.
Raynette Yoshida, Sergeant at Arms. . .
Comes for the hugs
Appreciates one can strive to be their best without jealousy or resentment
Loves the healthy competition and the feeling of Kumbaya
