ision I Talks Up Toastmasters
On April 23rd, Division I participated in the Central Oregon Business Expo at the Deschutes
Fair & Expo Center in Redmond, Oregon. Peggy Roberts, President of Redmond Area
Toastmasters, stated that they got a lot of
great contacts and people were very excited
to see the Toastmasters presence at the
event! They held a workshop, which had a
small, but very engaged audience. Peggy,
along with team members Frank Waterer and Joe Polk gave great presentations! Pat Lynch
staffed the booth all day talking up Toastmasters.
District 7 historically has assisted with community events by sponsoring the Toastmasters
booth. If you have an upcoming event, the District will either split the cost of the booth or
sponsor it, depending on the focus and length of the event. To learn more about getting
District sponsorship for your event, contact Leanna Lindquist, Lt. Governor Marketing at
