Empowered by Purpose

Feedbackers Toastmasters my unique capabilities to help others and
contribute to the broader community.
I work at a consulting company helping
individuals and organizations to reach their full
potential by developing emotional intelligence.
My passion lies in coaching work, where I guide
individuals and teams in learning the language
of emotions. Among my clients are engineers,
software developers or programmers, and other
analytically minded professionals who often
greet the idea of emotional intelligence
(EQ) with skepticism. So instead of trying to
convince my clients to leave their analytical
strengths behind, I reframe EQ as a way of
balancing their strengths with emotional
brain - a resource just as vital for personal and
professional growth. My method is to keep it
scientific and practical. I explain to them that
no one is asking them to abandon logic, but
instead to explore another perspective, as
understanding emotions can enrich decision-
making. I introduce EQ as an addition to their
toolkit, providing insights that are just as
powerful as any technical skills. This simple
reframing technique opens a whole new
understanding of their mental processes and
interactions, allowing both sides of the brain to
work together in harmony.
In Toastmasters context, helping fellow
members grow is my Ikigai. Nothing feels more
rewarding than helping them develop their
communication and leadership skills through a
Toastmasters program like Pathways, learning
experience, effective evaluations, mentoring
program, and the like. Serving others, whether
as club officers or district leaders, helps me to
develop new skills, build stronger relationships,
and improve my overall wellbeing - a win-win
situation.
