Okay, y’all. It’s time to get serious about what you want to accomplish

doing for yourself? Are you working on that next level or finishing up
your latest DTM effort before the traditional program ends on June

30th? Whatever it is you are thinking about doing, it’s time to buckle
down and get’ter done!
Need help getting refocused? Need a proverbial kick in the rear
end to jump start your enthusiasm? Look to your club members for
support. Tell them what you want and give them the freedom to come

to your aid.
For you overachievers, this rah-rah message is for you too. Being
a mentor or coach helps you as much as it helps your protege. You

learn leadership and communication skills while the person you are
helping feels supported and engaged. EDITORIAL
After all, isn’t that what we DO in Toastmasters? It didn’t take me
long as a newbie to learn that Toastmasters was all about community
and working towards a common goal—self improvement. As Margaret

Meade said “Never doubt that a small group of thoughtful, committed citizens
can change the world; indeed, tt’s the only thing that ever has.”
So I ask you once again, what are you doing for yourself? It’s time

to get’ter done!
