You can change lives
The Toastmasters program will
help inmates who want to change
their lives and overcome the
culture of poverty and criminality
that many grew up with. Studies,
including a recent one in Louisiana,
show that offenders tend not to
re-offend after completing the
Toastmasters educational program,
which contributes to a drastically
lower recidivism rate.
