Toastmasters Int’l 39th Conference:
Portland, Oregon—August 1970

August 10 - 13, Western Party, Tuesday evening August11th. This
1970 the Hilton event included a buffet dinner. Bruce Kelly’s
Hotel was the site for the one and only time New Oregon Singers and the Van Hooissen

was held in Portland. District 7 Governor Don Toastmasters Magazine devoted an article to the
