Martin always has some positive motivation to work into whatever function
he is carrying out. He excels in motivation and good communication and
does much to make the club operate as a cohesive unit. He fills in often for
people who failed to do their assignment and continues to work to make
scheduling practical, which for a very small club base that is quite a

challenge.

Other honored nominees for October were:

Lloyd "Smitty" Parratt , Modoc Toastmasters—Already club treasurer when our VP of
Ed had to step out, Smitty stepped forward and when it comes to truely caring for
each member- it doesn't get any better!
Mary Chisholm , La Pine Toastmasters—Mary Chisholm has been a mentor for our

club since it was chartered in 2011. She has exemplified perfectly, and served in
the role of Vice-president of Education. Mary tracks individuals progress
through projects and produces schedules in a timely manner. She
encourages members to set goals and stretch themselves. She is present
at every possible meeting, does training presentations and maintains
communication regarding District and regional Toastmasters
events.
